Billing
In view of Covid 19 and its drastic effect on the economy, we wanted to keep the monthly fees as low as possible and, just as importantly, to make the system simple to use. So from September, 2020, the annual cost of lessons (*44 lessons in total) will be spread over 12 equal monthly payments.
All payments will be due on the first of the month, by subscription via our Online Portal. The payment will then repeat each month automatically, so that there is no need for any further action (with the obvious proviso that you can cancel at anytime, by giving us a minimum of 2 months’ notice, as per your original Agreement/Enrolment Form).
The fees will, therefore by £70 per month for weekly Group Lessons. £105 per month for weekly 1-2-1 lessons and £35 per month for mini maestros weekly lessons.
The 44 lessons per annum, allow for 2 weeks’ holiday at Christmas, 2 weeks’ holiday at Easter and 4 weeks’ holiday in the Summer (August) which equates to 8 weeks holiday per annum.
*If the student attends on a Monday, there will only be 42 lessons per annum, owing to the May and Spring Bank Holidays. Please subscribe for 44 lessons and the Bank Holidays will be refunded (direct to your bank account) during May. (Alternatively, you may be able to opt for an extra lesson at that time) This may seem cumbersome, but currently the new automatic payment system cannot account for missed lessons due to Bank Holidays.
